South Carolina Retirement Community offers residents a continuum of care through our many services. One of these services is our supportive living residences. Some of the features of our facilities include an on-site health clinic, home care, therapy and rehabilitative services. Water aerobics therapy, beauty and barber shops, transportation, and housekeeping are among the services offered. The basic philosophy of SC Retirement Community focuses on providing residents with the environment and assistance that allows for the greatest level of independence. With over 300 activities per month on the calendar there are plenty of opportunities to do things that are good or life enhancing for residents. The Life Enrichment Department plans concerts, educational opportunities, and day-trips. Hobbies There are plenty of resident groups which you can join: bridge, water aerobics, crafts, ping pong, ballroom dancing, resident study groups and resident led classes. Spirituality Our religious life resident group conducts numerous mission-driven activities throughout the year and our resident council is actively involved in the wellness of our community. Floor Plans Our cottages and apartments come in a variety of sizes, styles and floor-plans. Our cottages are open and spacious and either have carports or garages. You will be able to choose your colors and decorate your home to suit your own taste!
